Ms. Diane Morales has been a management consultant with RJA for three years.  Ms. Morales has a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Administration from California State University Los Angeles.  Before joining RJA, Ms. Morales worked with the City of Los Angeles for 30 years in both the City’s centralized Personnel Department and the Recreation and Parks Department Personnel Division.  While with the Personnel Department, she was responsible for all City executive recruitments for the City.  She also rotated through virtually all Personnel Department including but not limited to Administration, Equal Opportunity, Selection, Classification, and Recruitment.  While with RJA, she has assisted in developing search strategies and has performed outreach recruitment, reference checks, and personnel interviews as part of the search activities.
