Assistant General Manager - Engineer
The Assistant General Manager – Engineer is an at-will employee appointed by and reports directly to the General Manager. The Assistant General Manager is a key member of the management team and assists the General Manager in planning, organizing and supervising the engineering operations and functions of the District including sustainable water resource development and management strategies, providing oversight of consulting engineers and administration of related contracts, assisting with budget development and review, and acting on behalf of the General Manager in the General Managers absence.

Accounting/Financial Analyst
The Accounting/Financial Analyst reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for organizing and analyzing data related to organizational, functional, and fiscal studies of District activities, programs, and services; prepares budget proposals and comprehensive research reports and recommendations; and provides information to District management and other agencies.
